On May 28, 2020, Andrea M. Keiser, Esq. from Keiser Legal, PLLC appeared before the City of Pembroke Pines Planning and Zoning Board to request an additional wall sign for Keiser University in Pembroke Pines. The University had already been previously approved for signage in excess of the City's code allowance. However, Keiser Legal successfully argued the diminution of sign visibility and obstruction due to surrounding development, and secured an additional wall sign on the north side of the building.
