Andrea M. Keiser, Esq. appeared before the West Palm Beach City Commission to present and secure votes for a 208 bed residence hall at Keiser University's Flagship campus at 2600 N. Military Trail. The Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the project. The project was a result of a partnership and $10 million investment from Sodexo. Construction is anticipated to begin in approximately August 2019, and the new residence hall is slated to open in the fall of 2020.
