Last year, Keiser Legal announced that they successfully secured a major planned development amendment approval from the City of West Palm Beach to construct a new residence hall at the Keiser University Flagship Campus. The project was a result of a partnership and $10 million investment from Sodexo. Construction was anticipated to begin in August 2019 with a target date of completion in the fall of 2020. Kudos to Itasca for keeping the residence hall on schedule and kudos to the Keiser Legal Team for assisting with permitting issues during construction!
